My name is Helen H. Cohen. I am curious about life and desire information. At a very early age I started to accumulate information of all types. For as long as I can remember I have always been interested in people – who we are, what makes each of us unique and what makes us so profoundly special. I am forever in awe of the incredibly vast powers of one’s mind and one’s soul. I consider myself a life long learner, a perpetual “student of life.” I have been on my own journey of seeking wisdom, truth and the understanding of oneself. From my own passionate quest for enlightenment, I have been led to the profession of coaching. It is important for me to share this knowledge with others. I feel I have best understood life through communication. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that one can be, can do and can accomplish anything one truly desires. From a strong personal foundation anything is truly possible!
I am an avid believer that life can take you on many different paths of discovery and in many directions. I am an obvious example of this principle as I love to learn and am always expanding my knowledge for both my own personal growth and to further enhance my coaching skills. Besides my accumulated life experiences, I have over 25 years of experience in both the mental and dental health fields. |

My Coaching Style
From the culmination of all my many life and educational experiences I have essentially merged them together to coach in an empathetic, compassionate style. I coach by being open, honest and present with you. I am direct, yet gentle. I rely on my astute intuition to guide my sessions while remaining incredibly focused on your agenda. I am both relaxed and interactive in my approach. I like to be playful when appropriate and have fun. As I coach, I will challenge you by asking powerful questions, by supporting you and by helping you to find the direction to obtain positive results. Coaching individuals to live life fully, joyfully and experience fulfillment is extremely gratifying to me. Again, it’s up to you to make the choice to live the best life you choose!
“I always think that everything that is happening in your life,
no matter how difficult the crisis, it is meant to teach you about who you are.
To grow you into who you were really were meant to be.”
