What is Dental Practice Coaching?
Dental Practice Coaching is similar to Life Coaching but the focus is concentrated on you as a dental professional with your own uniqueness, talents, skills and specific needs. As a dental office manager with over 20 years of experience I have a solid 360 degree perspective as a dentist's spouse, a dental practice co-owner, an employee and a team player. I fully understand all aspects and challenges of practice administration, leadership and the high level of commitment it takes to be successful as both a practitioner and as a manager of a small business. As dentists, you have to be involved in the practice on so many different levels as a technician, a diagnostician, a consultant, a boss, a leader, a CEO and a CFO - some at the same time. Wearing this many hats and handling so many functions often leads to excessive stress and a build up of frustration.
You have made a tremendous personal investment in your advanced education, both in time and money. My goal as a dental coach is to support you to gain more personal satisfaction in managing your private practice. I want to help you to increase your profitability, create a better functioning team, and improve relationships with patients, your staff and have an enhanced work environment.
