With all of your daily demands, responsibilities and obligations in life, it’s sometimes difficult to see the “forest from the trees.” That’s where a life vision and enhancement coach, like myself can be of service to you. Think of me as a personal trainer for your life. I can be your sounding board and motivator. We work together in a partnership to figure out where you are right now in your life and where you want to be. You then do the work to make it a reality. Don’t expect a therapy session. A therapist helps you to heal past wounds, where a life coach supports you in future focus – moving forward.
